Au Pairs FAQs Before Matching/Arrival

-Before Matching-

How will I be matched with a family?

We send your application to families. Most au pairs are matched quickly, and you can increase your chances of matching quickly if you reply immediately to host families.

What happens when I am matched?

We collect any remaining paperwork, make sure you have an employment contract with your host family and arrange your interviews

– Before Arrival-

How do I get my plane ticket?

Most tickets now are electronic, so you go to the airport with your confirmation. You pick up your boarding passes there. We send detailed arrival information about how to meet us when you land.
